Shipping Policy

 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days via reliable carriers. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Pre-Order Items: If your order contains a Pre-Order item, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days. The entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available in our warehouse.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

  • Return Window: We want you to love your fragrance! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane packaging.

  • Exchanges & Damaged Items: If your bottle arrives damaged or defective during transit, please contact us immediately at our customer service email with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
